Payment Policy

Prior to your pet being hospitalized, you will receive an estimate of the charges for your pet’s care. This is an estimate only and is not the actual invoice. Due to the nature of medical and surgical treatment, it is not always possible to anticipate all charges. The surgeons at the DVSC try their absolute best to give each client a fair and honest estimate of the charges they may incur during their pet’s treatment while at the DVSC. If the pet’s medical status changes, or additional medical conditions are identified that may require further diagnostics or treatment, our surgeons will update the anticipated additional charges to the best of our abilities.

The DVSC requires prepayment of the estimated charges, and the balance is due upon discharge. We accept MasterCard, AmEx, Visa, Discover, checks and cash.

Affordable financing is available for qualified clients. Our staff will be glad to help you with these arrangements either before, or at the time of, the consultation.
